Chia Seed Pudding
Chia seed pudding is great for breakfast or as a snack. You can start with the basics and add more ingredients to suit your tastes.
1/4 cup chia seeds (black or white)
1 cup milk of your choice
1/2 tablespoon honey
- Mix chia seeds, milk & honey together in a small glass mason jar. Let it set in fridge overnight.
- Top with fresh fruit and enjoy.
Other ingredients that you can add: nuts, seeds, yoghurt.
Chia? seeds are high in anti-inflammatory omega-3s and fibre. As they are ?gluten? free, chia seeds are a great option for people who have gluten allergy/intolerance.
