Personal Training

To help you get started on a program to fit all the healthy lifestyle pieces together, we have several options for you to consider, depending on your individual needs, goals and budget.

ONE-ON-ONE SESSION

Whether it is for general fitness, fat loss or toning up, one-on-one personal training sessions are the quickest, safest and most effective way to achieving your goals as your sessions are individually tailored to help you stay focused and motivated.

BUDDY SESSION (2 people)

If you have someone you wish to train with, then buddy sessions are for you. Train with your friend, partner, brother, sister, next door neighbour or work colleague for a little extra motivation and accountability.

SMALL GROUP SESSION (3 to 5 people)

Training in a small group is an affordable, fun and motivating way to get fit. The groups are kept to a maximum of 5 people so that all fitness levels and goals can be accommodated.

We don’t run bootcamps or large group training, which means you will get more attention from us to make sure you’re not doing any of the exercises incorrectly and therefore should minimise the risk of injuries.

Health Assessment

AssessmentA health assessment is a great way to evaluate where you are at with your health & fitness, especially if you are thinking of starting on a fitness program or if you want to monitor your fitness over time. We will assess you on your body composition, your body strength and your cardiovascular fitness.

The assessment will take approximately 30 minutes to complete and a comprehensive report will be emailed to you so you can determine which areas need improving.

 

Virtual/Online Coaching

Online Training

Virtual/online coaching is a convenient and affordable way to fit the workouts into a busy lifestyle or schedule (for example, an executive who travels a lot or a stay at home mum with young kids). This also means that we are able to reach out to anyone who cannot physically access our personal training services.

Online coaching requires you to do the workouts on your own, so you definitely need to have some self motivation but we will work with you on your journey. Similar to our face-to-face clients, you can also be given nutritional advice to educate you on how to make the right choices.

Following an initial video consultation (via FaceTime or Skype), we will design a package that will meet your needs and lifestyle. You will not be given a “one size fits all” program.

 

Gift Vouchers

A gift voucher makes an ideal present for birthdays, anniversaries, weddings, Christmas and for other occasions to say you care for a friend, family member or business associate. It can also help someone become motivated to start a fitness regime and get into a healthy lifestyle. Sometimes the hardest part of a health and fitness program is actually getting started. A gift voucher is a fantastic way to get someone you care about underway. It’s a non-intimidating and non-threatening way for them to experience the positive benefits that regular training can bring.
