Easter Treats

If you’re planning to have a few Easter treats over the next few days, here are a few things to think about.

  1. Quality v Quantity – Enjoy a smaller amount of more expensive, quality chocolate rather than the crap ones.
  2. Moderation – Don’t turn Easter into a 4-day feeding frenzy!
  3. Waste v Waist – If you have leftover chocolates after Easter, put it in the waste rather than on your waist. If you don’t like wasting food, take the leftovers into work to share.
  4. Balance out the treats with activities.
