Health Jigsaw is a mobile personal training business based in Kettering, Tasmania. We’ve been helping people get fitter, stronger, faster, and healthier since 2004—and we hate burpees too.
Our goal is simple: to help you build healthy habits that actually stick. Sure, we’ll put together great workouts, but we also offer nutrition advice, because let’s be honest—exercise alone won’t cut it. Real results come when you’re committed to both moving well and eating smart.
