22 Push-Ups Challenge

The 22 Push-Ups for 22 Days Challenge is a social media campaign started in the USA and asked Facebook users to do 22 push-ups a day for 22 days in a row to recognise the number of American veterans who took their own lives every day. We started adding our own twist to the 22 Push-ups Challenge on day 5, by doing a different type of push-up each day. Below is a video diary of the different types of push-ups that were attempted – hopefully you can try out a few of these to add a bit of variation to your own training.
