Add meat in batch\u2019s and brown on all sides, about 5 minutes per a batch .<\/li>\n<li>Add the potatos, carrot, onion, leek and turnip to pan. Cook for 10 minutes and stir occasionally.<\/li>\n<li>Stir in flour and add 3 cups water, bay leaf, rosemary, salt and pepper. Bring to boil. Reduce heat.<\/li>\n<li>Add meat and simmer, until meat is tender (50-60 minutes).
