COTA Tasmania has been the voice of older Tasmanians for over 50 years. This program provides safe, affordable and effective training sessions to anyone aged 50 or older and 40 or older for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Andrew from <strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">Health<\/span><\/strong> <strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-luminous-vivid-orange-color\">Jigsaw<\/span><\/strong> is now an accredited Living Longer Living Stronger instructor.
