This challenge involves four rounds of rowing, with each round doubling the distance of the previous one. Your aim is to go as hard as you can in each round.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Round 1 \u2013 125 metres<\/li>\n<li>Round 2 \u2013 250 metres<\/li>\n<li>Round 3 \u2013 500 metres<\/li>\n<li>Round 4 \u2013 1000 metres<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The rest periods between rounds is equal to the amount of time it took to complete the round.
