Let it set in fridge overnight.<\/li>\n<li>Top with fresh fruit and enjoy.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Other ingredients that you can add: nuts, seeds, yoghurt.<\/p>\n<p>Chia? seeds are high in anti-inflammatory omega-3s and fibre.
