Each session is individually tailored to help you stay focused and motivated.<\/p>\n<p><strong>BUDDY SESSION<\/strong> (2 people)<\/p>\n<p>Prefer to train with a partner? Our buddy sessions are ideal for friends, partners, siblings, neighbours or workmates. You\u2019ll get extra motivation, accountability, and maybe a few laughs along the way.<\/p>\n<p><strong>SMALL GROUP SESSION<\/strong> (3 to 5 people)<\/p>\n<p>Training in a small group is an affordable, fun and motivating way to get fit. Each group is limited to a maximum of five participants to ensure all fitness levels and goals can be accommodated.<\/p>\n<p>We don\u2019t run bootcamps or large group training, which means you will receive more individual attention from us.
