The 22 Push-Ups for 22 Days Challenge is a social media campaign started in the USA and asked Facebook users to do 22 push-ups a day for 22 days in a row to recognise the number of American veterans who took their own lives every day. The Challenge has evolved into raising awareness for PTSD, depression and suicide in service personnel, emergency services and society in general. We started adding our own twist to the 22 Push-ups Challenge on day 5, by doing a different type of push-up each day. Below is a video diary of the different types of push-ups that were attempted – hopefully you can try out a few of these to add a bit of variation to your own training.
